Chantecler is a Sparkling beverage similar in composition to Pineau des Charentes, being made of a combination of eau de vie de Cognac and grape juice.

As far as we are aware, Chantecler is unique to Brisson Cognac. It is a great sparkling alternative to Champagne as an aperitif for celebrations. Why not open a bottle with a bang next time you are celebrating ?

Grape Variety : Merlot and Cabernet Franc (grape juice) and Ugni Blanc (Eau de vie de Cognac).

Ageing : Aged in oak barrels for at least 2 years.

Serving Suggestions : This sparkling drink should be served chilled, but without ice, as an aperitif for special occasions.
