Grown in our vineyards around Matha, the Sauvignon vines enjoy our chalky Charentais soil on the gentle slopes. Depending on the weather over the summer, they are harvested at the end of September.

The nose is a bouquet of peonies, roses and hawthorns. The mouth attack frankly with its floral side argued. Drink with fish and shellfish.
