Pineau Cocktails

Pomme de pineau

    * 2 measures of Pineau blanc
    * 1 measure of calvados
    * the juice of half a lemon
    * a dash of peach sirop.

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Once thoroughly mixed, pour the cocktail into a glass containing a cinamon stick.



Cocktail Coq d'Or

    * 2 cl of vodka
    * 2 ice cubes
    * 5 cl of pineau blanc
    * a dash of crème de fraise des bois.

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients, except the crème de fraise des bois. Take a chilled glass, and add a dash of the crème de fraise des bois, gently top up with the mixed ingredients and top with a cherry preserved in eau-de-vie.



Pineau Colada

    * 4/10 pineau blanc
    * 3/10 pineapple juice
    * 2/10 coconut milk
    * 1/10 lime juice
    * a dash of strawberry sirop .

Method:
Mix all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, pour into a glass garnished with a slice of lemon and a strawberry.
